We are proud to announce that Paul Procel Moya (TU Delft) has been selected to orally present his work at the EU PVSEC 2019, the 36th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition Paul has done excellent work on accurate modelling of TLM-based contact resistivity. This provides practical insights on how to minimize the contact resistivity in terms of TCO and doped layers properties and thus increase the conversion efficiency of SHJ solar cells. Moreover, such a work physically explains the phenomena involved for a wide range of contact stack combinations and their impact on the figures of merit of IBC-SHJ cells.
